Ten teams from the top clubs, restaurants, and lounges in Las Vegas. Six events built for chaos and bragging rights. One $10,000 grand prize, settled poolside, with a live DJ calling every event and a big check waiting at the end.

Every team earns points across a series of fast, visual, spectator-friendly challenges spread through the venue. Scores are tallied after each event, the DJ keeps the standings live all afternoon, and the final reveal ends with a $10,000 big-check presentation for the winning squad.

Busser Bench Press
Every busser’s revenge. Rep it out and let the whole deck count along.

A loaded tray, a pool in the way, and zero spills allowed. Service under pressure.
25 lb Plate Press Hold
Hold the plate, hold your nerve. The clock decides who carries the team.
Team Flip Cup
All six on the table, venue vs. venue. The loudest event of the day.
Tug of War
The classic closer. Six on a rope and a season of trash talk on the line.

Games by day, football by night.
The competition wraps at 5. It’s a football-season Monday, so the screens roll straight into Monday Night Football. Come compete, stay to watch, and make a full day of it.

When are the Industry Fall Games?
Monday, September 14, 2026 at Tailgate Beach Club, Mandalay Bay. Competition runs 12 PM to 5 PM on the pool deck.
How does a team sign up?
Each team represents a Las Vegas venue and rosters 6 players: 3 guys and 3 girls. Captains should send their venue name, contact info, and roster through our contact page to claim one of the 10 team slots.
What are the events?
Six events across the afternoon: Ice Bucket Holds and Busser Bench Press for the guys, Cocktail Tray Pool Relay and 25 lb Plate Press Hold for the girls, then Team Flip Cup and Tug of War for the full squad. Points from every event roll into one team score.
What does the winning team get?
A $10,000 grand prize, presented big-check style after the final event, plus a year of bragging rights over every venue in town.
Can I come watch?
Yes. Spectators are welcome, and competitors are encouraged to bring their venue’s whole crew. Cabanas and daybeds can be reserved now for the best view of every event.
Is the event 21+?
Yes. Tailgate Beach Club is a 21+ venue. Valid government-issued ID required for entry.
Where is Tailgate Beach Club?
Mandalay Bay, 3950 S Las Vegas Blvd, at the south end of the Strip. Self-parking and rideshare drop-off on-site.
