Class ends, the night does not. Stick around with your crew for the special wellness menu and juices from Sunlife Organics. September Fridays roll into college football, and by October the baseball postseason is on. You will already have the best seat in Vegas.

SUNSET SET - PARTICIPATION WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Event location: Tailgate Beach Club at Mandalay Bay, 3950 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89119. Event dates: September 4 - October 9, 2026. Event host: Tailgate Beach Club. This is a 21+ event; valid ID is required for entry.

1. Health & fitness readiness

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in fitness related activities during this event.
I confirm that I am physically able to participate in exercise and wellness activities.
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before participating if I have health concerns.
I agree to stop participating immediately if I experience pain, dizziness, injury, or discomfort.

2. Assumption of risk

I understand that participation in physical activity involves inherent risks including but not limited to personal injury, muscle strains, slips, falls, dehydration, equipment-related injury, and other physical injuries.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in these activities.

3. Vendor & instructor participation

I understand that activities may be led by different third-party vendors, instructors, or trainers during the event.
I acknowledge that instructors are providing general fitness guidance and not individualized medical or fitness advice.
I agree to follow all instructions provided by event staff, third-party instructors, and vendors.

4. Equipment use

I understand that I may use equipment provided by vendors during demonstrations or instructor-led workouts.
I agree to use equipment safely as instructed.

5. Personal responsibility

I accept responsibility for monitoring my physical condition and personal limits during participation.
I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings and that the event host and organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

6. Release of liability

In consideration of my participation, I hereby release and discharge Tailgate Beach Club, Clique Hospitality, LLC, and Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino (herein collectively referred to as the "Sunset Set Event Organizers"), their owners, officers, directors, agents, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action, arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur to me or my property during or as a result of my participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

7. Media consent

I consent to the use of my name, image, likeness, and costume in any photographs, videos, or other media captured during the event for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes by Tailgate Beach Club, Clique Hospitality, and Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino without compensation.

8. Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that I have read this Waiver and Release of Liability in its entirety, fully understand its terms, and sign it voluntarily with full knowledge of its significance.

Is it really free?

Yes. Free to RSVP, free to attend. No ticket, no cover, no minimum. Sign up, sign the waiver in the same form, and show up. That is the whole deal.

Do I need to be 21?

Yes. Tailgate Beach Club is a 21+ venue, so every participant needs a valid ID at the door.

Where do I park?

Parking is free in Tailgate's own lot. Easy in, easy out.

What should I wear or bring?

Wear something you can move in and bring water. We will email signed-up guests before each class with anything specific to that week's studio.

What happens after class?
