Sixteen teams · a fresh random draw for every bracket · every finish pays points

The Five Events

Built for bragging rights.

The first four games each draw a fresh random 16-team, single-elimination bracket, and losing one never knocks you out of the championship: every team plays all five events, and every finish earns points. For the Swan Relay, teams lock a woman, man, woman, man rotation before the bracket starts, and once you race and your team advances, you sit the rest of that tournament out.

Game 1 · Bracket

Swan Relay Race

Two racers, two inflatable swans, head to head. Paddle to the far end of the pool, touch the wall, and get home: first one back advances the team. A new teammate races every round.

Locked rotation: woman, man, woman, man

Game 2 · Bracket

Dunk Tank Shootout

One shooter per team, five throws at the dunk-tank target. Most hits advances; ties go to alternating sudden-death throws. Advance, and that shooter is done for the tournament.

New shooter every round; nobody repeats

Game 3 · Bracket

Tug of War Over the Pool

All four teammates pull in every matchup, two men and two women on the rope. Losers get dragged in the pool; winners move on. The final can go best two out of three.

Full squad, every round

Game 4 · Bracket

Last Call Speed Pong

Six-cup speed pong, teammates shooting in a fixed rotation, five minutes on the clock. Fewest cups left standing advances; a tie goes to one-cup sudden death. Early rounds run across multiple tables to keep the brackets moving.

Five-minute clock, every matchup

Game 5 · The Crew Event

Venue Takeover

The final event never touches the water: the team with the largest verified support crew on deck takes the points. Every supporter checks in under one team, must be 21+, and has to be present for the official roll call. Ties go to a crowd-noise playoff. RSVP to back your crew.

One team per supporter; present at roll call
