The short answer

Golf is the perfect pool-deck sport: long, easy afternoons that reward a comfortable seat and a cold drink. At Tailgate Beach Club, the broadcast plays on a 145-foot LED wall over five pools, so you can follow the leaderboard from the water or a shaded cabana. The four majors — the Masters, the PGA Championship, the U.S. Open, and the Open Championship — all run Thursday through Sunday, lining up with our open days on the south Strip.

Which golf can you watch?

The screen follows the schedule, and golf’s biggest weekends are a natural fit:

  • The majors — the Masters, the PGA Championship, the U.S. Open, and the Open Championship.
  • The Ryder Cup & Presidents Cup — team golf’s loudest, most-watched weekends.
  • Final-round Sundays — the back nine when the tournament is decided.

Why a pool deck is the best seat for golf

Golf rewards a long, comfortable afternoon — which is exactly what a dayclub does best. Instead of a small TV at a crowded bar, you get a 145-foot screen, five pools, and a cabana for your group. Settle in for the front nine, cool off, and be back in your seat for the closing holes without missing a shot.
