Go head-to-head across 5 events on June 18th. Every event counts toward your team's total score.
The top team is crowned Champion of the Las Vegas Hospitality Industry — and walks away with $6,000.

This is our industry's game — so we play it by our rules. Every player on your roster must be currently employed in the Las Vegas hospitality industry and 21 years of age or older. Teams must include exactly 3 men and 3 women. No exceptions, from registration to the final event.

When and where is the Industry Summer Games?
Thursday, June 18, 2025 at Tailgate Beach Club, Mandalay Bay — 3950 S Las Vegas Blvd. Event details including start time will be sent to all registered teams.
What is the entry fee?
Registration is free. Spots are awarded in the order received, so sign up early.
What are the prizes?
$10,000 total prize pool: 1st place wins $6,000, 2nd place wins $3,000, and 3rd place wins $1,000.
What events will teams compete in?
Teams will compete in a total of 5 events that together determine the champion. Full event details will be sent to registered teams ahead of June 18th.
Does everyone on the team need to work in hospitality?
Yes — every player on your roster must be currently employed in the Las Vegas hospitality industry. This is a hospitality-only competition.
Can we have more or fewer than 6 players?
No. Teams must have exactly 6 members: 3 men and 3 women. This roster requirement is mandatory to compete.
Why do we need to sign an affidavit and release of liability?
Standard procedure for events of this nature and prize value. The affidavit confirms eligibility and the release of liability covers participation. All 6 team members must sign before competing.
Is the event 21+?
Yes. All team members must be 21 or older. Valid government-issued ID required. Tailgate Beach Club is a 21+ venue.
Where is Tailgate Beach Club?
Mandalay Bay, 3950 S Las Vegas Blvd — south end of the Strip. Self-parking and rideshare drop-off available on-site.
