How It Works

From signup to hoisting the cash.

1
Build Your Team

Teams are 2 players. When the next tournament date is announced, registration opens right here. Spots are first-come, first-locked.

2
Check In

Both teammates check in on tournament day to confirm your bracket spot and get your table assignment.

3
Play

Single-elimination bracket play, team vs. team. Win and advance, miss and go home.

4
Take the Title

Win the Final on the main table and your team walks away with the cash. Bragging rights included.

Tournament Format

Single elimination. 2-player teams.

It's win or go home. Every matchup is a head-to-head bracket game: two players a side, from the opening round to the Finals. We supply the tables, cups, and balls; you supply the aim and the chemistry. The last team standing takes home the cash.

The Next Bracket

Next tournament announced soon.

Registration opens on this page as soon as the next date drops, so check back here or keep an eye on the calendar. In the meantime, the deck is open: plan a party or book your spot poolside.

Tournament FAQ

Everything you'd ask.

When is the next World Series of Beer Pong?

The next tournament date hasn't been announced yet. Tournaments are held at Tailgate Beach Club, Mandalay Bay. Check back on this page or watch the calendar, and registration opens here as soon as the date drops.

How big are the teams?

Teams are 2 players. You'll register your duo together when registration opens. Both players are listed on the form, and both teammates need to check in on tournament day.

What's the format?

A single-elimination bracket tournament. Team vs. team: win and advance, lose and you're out.

What's the entry fee?

Entry details are announced with each tournament date. The most recent tournament was free to enter, with online registration on this page.

What's the grand prize?

Cash prizes, awarded to the winning 2-player team. The most recent tournament put up $5,000, winner take all, and the prize for the next tournament will be announced with the date. Prizes are paid on-site after completion of an eligibility affidavit, liability release, and publicity release. Management reserves all rights.

Why do we have to sign an affidavit?

Standard procedure for prize giveaways of this value. The affidavit confirms that both teammates are 21 or older, eligible to receive the prize, and have provided accurate information. You'll sign the full document on-site before any prize is awarded.

Do we need to bring our own cups or balls?

No. We provide the tables, cups, and balls for every match. Just show up ready to play.

What if we don't check in on time?

Check-in windows are posted with each tournament date, and the bracket starts as soon as check-in closes. Teams that miss the window may forfeit their spot, so plan to arrive early. Both teammates need to be checked in.

Is the event 21+?

Yes. Tailgate Beach Club is a 21+ venue. Valid government-issued ID is required for entry and for prize eligibility, for both teammates.
